If you are stuck at the login screen please try the following:

For Mac OS users:

Clear the cookies in Safari, do the following: 

Go to Safari -> Preferences -> Privacy 
Click on "Manage Website Data" and search for "roadgrandtours". 
Click on the result and then on "Remove". After this you can login normally.

For PC Windows users:

Before doing any of the below steps ensure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed (IE11 is required).

Clear the cookies in Internet Explorer, do the following:

Select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
´╗┐Select the Cookies and website data check box, and then select Delete.

If you are still experiencing issues logging in after you have tried the above:

In Internet Explorer, go to Settings -> Internet Options -> Privacy Tab -> Click on Sites: and type in roadgrandtours.com in the Address of Website field -> Click Allow -> Click OK

For Windows users: Make sure RGT is installed in C:\Road Grand Tours or any other folder where you have write permissions.
  • If it's installed in a protected directory such as Program Files then start RGT as administrator by right clicking RGT Launcher and selecting "Run as Administrator"
